This is our 2nd visit in a week! Our favorites (so far): fire mountain, fish kettle roll, orgasm roll, mexican bubble roll, soft shell salad. We ate too fast, until we forgot to take photos of our other foods! Will def come back for more! Friendly new owner, great location, fresh sushi. Update: We visited Grain House again today! Yes that good! We tried Crazy roll, Kansas Roll, Takoyaki, and other delicious rolls. Posted more pictures!

We really enjoyed our time here at Grain House. The food and service are fantastic. Their O-Roll sushi and crab salad is a must try and if you are up for an adventure do try their fried banana sushi. Definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for a casual dinning

This is the loveliest place. Came in after I was out of my mind when my wife went through a C section. It was horrible, but the food is good! I got a pho (my fave) and the person next to me had ramen that smelled sooo good. If you look at their menu they have everything: sushi, vermicelli, wine, drinks, and I bunch of other stuff that I took pics of for later. The windows are sooo pretty and it’s a great view inside. 12th is not scenic but there’s a great bldg to the L to look at and straight out a church that I want to visit. I need to pray. One of my favorite things abt the city is how much diversity we have here. This place has a lot of soul and that is so necessary in this city since but I definitely recommend coming here

I rarely leave reviews but had to when I saw this restaurant surprisingly doesn’t have many! I was super curious after seeing their menu online (sushi and Vietnamese at great prices??) I ordered the orgasm roll and their special calamari roll. They were both SO good! Super filling and flavorful. My partner ordered the tofu vermicelli bowl - I usually find vermicelli a bit bland but this is the best one I’ve ever tried. Delicious flavors and the tofu was perfectly fried and seasoned. The sushi also came with a choice of miso soup or salad. I tried both with my 2 orders and they were also super yummy. I haven’t had a side with sushi before so it was a pleasant surprise given the sushi is already better than 20 sushi I’ve ordered at nearby restaurants. My only suggestion is adding some options for hot tea or less sweet tea. Will definitely be coming back and telling friends about this spot!

Loved the o***** roll, and the miso soup and edamame were delicious! Delivery was quick and the food was still hot, they added extra condiments just in case, just great service overall. I ended up walking by the next day and although I didn’t stop in, the inside looks really cute and welcoming as well!

Another day, another walk to find some extremely good food. That's what happened to me when I stumbled across Grain House. The sushi here was remarkable! My husband and I ordered the orgasm roll (comes with miso soup or salad) and a banh mi with an egg, which was the best decision ever. I also got a mango smoothie with boba. The smoothie was refreshing, especially on a hot day. The customer service was phenomenal as well The restaurant was so good we dined there again a couple days afterward. This time around I tried out their California roll while my husband got the crunchy eal roll, yummy!

Probably the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. The staff were amazing, friendly and attentive to anything we could have needed while there. Ordered a pork and chicken banh mi as well as a strawberry iced tea and an iced Vietnamese coffee. The food was a perfect temperature when we received it. The bread was soft but had a wonderful crunch to it. Everything was made quickly as well. Will be coming here again to try their sushi.

I had a hankering for udon soup, and Grain House delivered (and then some). The beef was good quality, and they went to the effort of packaging the soup separately from everything else so the noodles didn't get soggy. The basic house salad was also very affordable (2.50) and delicious. When I came here last August, I got the Crazy Sandwich cut roll and it was also delicious. And it came in the form of adorable little triangle sandwich slices. 10/10 would eat here again.
